Why Does The Injection Mould Release Agent Stick to The Dustbin Mould

Why does the injection mould release agent stick to the Dustbin Mould(FURNITUREMOULD)? This is because the injection mould release agent will not only be used on the dustbin mould with the metal surface for mould release but also be used on the plastic surface for mould release.

Generally speaking, in large factories, injection mould release agents are often needed. Due to a large amount of injection mould release agents, they are usually distributed to factories. So, how did the injection mould release agent get onto the injection moulded dustbin mould, and what was the cause?

Either the method of using the injection mould release agent is wrong or the injection mould release agent is too much.

So, how to solve the above two problems? Let’s take a look at the following:

The correct way to use the dry mould release agent for injection moulding is to make sure that the product type is consistent with the use, shake the bottle well, and gently press the valve from 25-30cm away from the sprayed piece to spray evenly.

Avoid overspray of injection mould release agent: do not spray until the solvent is volatilized. The distance between the dustbin mould and the spray head should be kept at 25-30cm. It is recommended to spray in translation.
