There are many reasons why Solar led street light(CLASSICLEDLIGHT) cannot light.

1. The solar panel does not charge the battery through the controller during the day.

Controller detection: The red light of the controller indicates that charging is in progress, the red light indicates that the battery is now full, and the controller is charging with small pulse current.

Solar panel: If the solar panel is not very solid, it will not form a normal charge. The normal performance is a voltage (voltmeter test), and the normal open circuit voltage is above 17.5V; however, there is no current. This phenomenon is that the wire of the battery board is not well connected (the welding shows a weak solder or the joint is not strong). The method of checking can be directly used after the black electrical cover behind the panel is opened, and the data is directly detected by a voltage and an ammeter. If there is no current directly detected from the aluminum panel of the panel, it means that the panel has a problem to be replaced.

2. When the controller is connected, the components forming the controller are burned out because the positive and negative poles are reversed.
