It is nice to see quests move in a more gradual manner, but the quests are still good. Since 2009, they’ve not released any quests that are among my top ten favorite quests. It was another typical quest with nothing unique. Three boss fights, running around an area created to fulfill the quest.

Concerning the lack of quests, I believe that the reason we’re getting fewer quests is that we already have many. There are currently 200. In 2005, when 29 quests were released, there weren’t many.

And also, nowadays in the age of Completionist Capes, the most common reaction to most quests nowadays is ‘2 hours to receive my Comp back’ and they rush through the quest as fast as possible without actually noticing any of the content / storyline, and those people are likely to not vote in a new poll for more quests. It may not work, I believe. I think that less quests and higher quality are more effective. However, they’re not delivering enough in this department right now.

My main issue is the absence of quests. In truth, I’m unable to identify more than three quests released in 2013 (there might have been more, not certain). I feel that there is a lack of updates. The development team of RS3 appears to be at minimum 10 times bigger than the one of Old School Runescape, but they appear to Buy RuneScape 2007 Gold generate a similar amount of content not counting treasure hunter things.
