Runescape players shouldn’t be monitoring J-mods
Runescape players shouldn’t be rs 3 gold monitoring J-mods on websites for information and updates. Additionally, runescape players should not be forced to utilize interpersonal media for official aid. Often enough social networking platforms have been ran by regular runescape players and they have the capacity to conceal, delete articles which are contrary to their private interests. Then there are individuals, who do not have their issues fixed because their articles don’t get enough up votes. Often these issues are quite serious like billing mistakes from Jagex, incorrect bans, etc.Fix your site and forums and start sharing information and supplying customer support via official channels.
Reddit is the only site that has multi-level nested remarks and doesn’t require users to make an account to view content. Discord requires visitors to join, and it is just impossible to have a discussion at a Twitter thread. I’d like if they utilized Reddit for all. Their site is atrocious. Each and every time I Google a question and find what looks like a post answering precisely what I am searching for, the dialogue was automatically deleted due to age. Why bother having forums then? RSWiki is full-on Romper Room of governmental ***-kissing, Reddit appears to be professional in contrast (yes, there’s lots of *** here, but maybe not insider vandalism), then there’s all of the SM feeds for which there is no search index / Google.
It is different, I’d say a tweet from the official RS account is about equivalent to a post on reddit. A tweet from a JMod has about zero validity however and should not be relied upon as a method of getting information into the runescape players. Ideally anything important would find a news article which would then be shared through the right channels (Facebook/Twitter/Reddit). Is the best we 20, since we all know that won’t occur using reddit as a official forum.
Kinda off-topic, but this nerf for”balancing” purposes is rather questionable. Sheeps who charge 30 and you can sell them for a gain of 50 beans in stage. Then we come at cows who charge 100 (just like frogs) and that can be sold for 70 additional beans in an adolescence period, whereas frogs only gives 8 beans. If you truly want to get in contact with customer service (and not a bot) you can do this through support jagex. Regrettably, there’s no way to actually find this email as their contact page reveals neither shows it out.
Most links on the contact service page divert you to a form you have to complete and which often result to an automated response, which in my past were 100% refused until I did via email and an actual human being looked into many cases I reported to Jagex, all these led me talking 100 percent the truth. If this subreddit is actually so against rule #7, they should always hide/delete any articles regarding customer service and bugs. The means of contacting customer support is utterly *** and to get their email address in the first place takes awful a great deal of how to buy 1mil runescape time.
