I’d like to bring my combat skill to 100, which will allow me to fight, but not increase any combat-levels, so either my attack, strength or defense is required to be 99. I would also like have 99 prayers if it’s possible. Which one do you think is better? + Other 100 suggestions for combat.

Idk that’s the case, but all are so limited and, personally, Id probably go with 200 str and 99 attacking, however you can’t do much with that either except you could use the rapier in place of a staff, staffs arent extremely effective. However, neither is 20 strength , so it’s a bit limiting.
