You can get the best mount in the game with WOW Classic TBC Gold credit cards, or dedicate a large portion on the road to another one that’s recolored. You should invest your time and effort into obtaining store mounts. They will require more effort that you’ll get, however they are worth it.

I spent over 750g on my paladin quest mount. I prefer the Deluxe Edition mount when I’m riding on the ground. This could apply to you. But even on the retail side, most people don’t purchase achievement mounts for that long because not many of them actually look good.
