(l) Improve plunger system planning. After repeated proofs, the leading priority valve and load-sensing full plunger steering system were finally selected. The new system can allocate flow to it in accordance with steering needs. Regardless of the size of the load and the unevenness of the steering wheel speed, it can ensure sufficient oil supply. Some can be used to supply the circuit of the operating device, and then eliminate the power loss caused by the excessive oil supply to the steering circuit, improve the system power, and reduce the operating pressure of the plunger pump.
(2) Optimize the appearance of the boom cylinder and plunger pump, and reduce the operating pressure of the system. After optimization calculation, the boom cylinder is selected from the standard series 80/4. The displacement of the plunger pump is increased from 10ml/r to 14ml/r, and the system setting pressure is 14MPa, which meets the lifting force and speed requirements of the boom cylinder.
(3) During the operation, attention should also be paid to the accurate use and protection of the loader, the hydraulic oil should be added or replaced regularly, the cleanliness of the oil should be maintained, and the normal inspection and protection should be strengthened.
