At present, polyester is printed on paper and then transferred to cloth by heat. Nylon is fine, but several colours have unsatisfactory colourfastness, especially light. Cotton and silk are usually printed directly on the fabric, which costs about twice as much as polyester.

The digital printing of chemical fiber is called disperse printing. The pattern is first printed on paper by a digital printing machine and then transferred to the fabric by high-temperature heat transfer at 180 degrees Celsius. The digital printing of silk, cotton and *** is called reactive printing. It is directly sprayed on the fabric through a digital printing machine. However, the fabric needs treatment at the early stage, which is called sizing. Otherwise, the colour cannot get on.

However, white embryo fabric cannot be treated. The treatment here refers to softener, waterproof agent, etc. Because these treatments will not remove the fabric from the dye. Softener is a kind of treatment after printing flowers. This treatment for sizing fabrics is required by the printing process, so it is different from the treatment mentioned above.

In fact, the price of digital printing has dropped a lot in recent years, from just 100~200 yuan/square meter to only 10~30 yuan/square meter. Therefore, basically conventional fabrics can be used, except for some fabrics with relatively long wool, which are easy to cause nozzle blockage and affect ink absorption effect.
