What are the common problems in digital printing fabric?

1. The colour mixing method is unscientific

The traditional printing process uses colour blocks to adjust the colour one by one, while the digital printing fabric uses the principle of four-colour separations to mix colours, so the colour can only be adjusted on the computer. At present, toners in the digital printing fabric industry use PS software to tone colours, while PS toning is mainly aimed at printing ink and paper in the printing industry, and its parameters are not scientific enough for textiles.

2. Sizing system is not perfect enough

It is mainly that auxiliaries and sizing equipment should fully meet the requirements of digital printing fabric. However, there is a lack of special equipment for sizing uniformity, sizing on demand, speed, weft skew control, etc. Additives also lack personalization.

3. The colour is not bright enough

If the digital printing fabric is a three-time colour dominated by dark green, cyan grey, brown and other colours, then that colour needs three or four inks of yellow, cyan, magenta and black to be mixed together. When yellow, cyan and magenta are mixed, a certain grayscale will be produced, which leads to poor colour vividness.
