I usually can find a clue 3 from 4 runs, so that OSRS gold I do it before another series in hopes of becoming another. I will usual get my killcount to about 125 in the time of 1 run, which gets me about 325k gain.
You want to merch items that have a steady fluctuation, if that is reasonable. Something which rises and falls, but . To see when things will rise or fall outside of the cycle, check for big updates such as double xp weekends or even new quests. Attempt to merch items which alot of people use for skilling, and do it in bulk.
When purchasing on the exchange, I usually go around 5%-10% lower than moderate price. After that you can market it when the price climbs for 5%-10% over, or you could come up with your “wholesale” cost, which will generally draw more focus from selling beyond the g.e.
If something doesn’t buy/sell straight away, don’t worry. If it doesn’t buy, it is because you’re purchasing under medium price, and only individuals who do not care/are desperate for money sell under moderate. Generally, the item will purchase by the end of the day. If it does not sell, possibly it is a product that’s not in high demand, which usually means you’ve picked a poor thing, or so the price that you’ve set is too large. I wouldn’t advise taking down the price before a day or two once you have put up the offer. Bear in mind, merching does not happen over night; it require alot of patience.
If you’re using raw materials like raw fish, logs, herbs, etc. then I would sell on the street for a set cost per item. If you’re selling anything else (essentially non-skilling things ) then I’d say sell it around the g.e.. It may take a while, but this really is the best that you can do, as it’s harder to buy RS3 gold find someone looking for ten dragon platelegs than 2k nature runes.
