Anyone else feel like PSO2 is with?
Allow me to start out by saying I really enjoy Phantasy Star Online 2. I’ve had a number of buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta their most fun playing this from any mmo. Frankly, I would not say there is anything Phantasy Star Online 2 will particularly well, and you will find enough frustrations equally in Phantasy Star Online 2 and connected to the Microsoft shop for me to wait to recommend even trying out game. All this being said, I still play Phantasy Star Online 2, it is just weird because I can’t think of a lot of reasons to play with it over most other mmos or activity rpgs. Anyone else feel this way?
Nope, I think it does things it sets out to do. My only issue is the same ol’ PSO foible: Lack of true end game, but it’s still a lot enjoyable. Combat is the finest in course for your own genre, class design is interesting, aesthetics and customization cannot be approached for my own preferences and there’s generally a lot to see and do. Also important to me as an aging player is the fact that it doesn’t feel watered down for a general audience. This is what you feel in part. It’s weird and silly and a little mysterious like video games used to be. Its always nice to have something that is only designed for a lot people *** nerds again, no Hollywood sway, not targeting your match hating girlfriend or older grandparents, etc..
Considering I’ve been trying to have a lot of my buddies to play with it. No I can not say I agree. Fair enough. I guess I am just worried about how much Phantasy Star Online 2 could appeal to my friends who have no attachment to Phantasy Star. I dont have any particular attachment to any of those Phantasy star games, if it makes you feel better. The way I think about it’s people try to critique a match (that is fair), but your pleasure of Phantasy Star Online 2 is totally subjective. Its not limited to matches, there’s nothing wrong with loving a poor picture. (edit: im not saying pso2 is awful its just an example)
Everything else you just have to encounter, despise it or enjoy it. They don’t have time nor the patience to learn only the surface. Many will drift off, although it’s a little Niche game, and there isn’t anything wrong with it. It is a cycle I’ve grown to know and appreciate.
The main reason I am doing this — cash store. Game is great, although still good — not great. Once it appears deep and inviting, once you start scratching the surface it’s just another game that produces things that could be rather simple; harder than they should be. No would be Hunt: Showdown. ***, it’s a great game, although I’m bored of meseta pso2 that in 50hrs that is like!
