2. Pre-panel compounding process

In case of polished surfaces plus mesh panel, it shall be carefully selected and then sent to the hand mill for polishing. According to the flatness, it shall be polished, dried and leveled, but not deep ground. Then fold off the mesh cloth and level off the glue on the surface. If the glue cannot be removed, put on a hand grinder to grind off the glue on the surface of the mesh to ensure the smoothness of both sides and remove dust from the dry ground panel.

3. The process before the bottom panel is compounded

For the base panel with luminosity, the thickness shall be set after the light is removed. Usually, the thickness of 20mm base panel shall be set at 17 mm. Remove water after the thickness of the bottom panel is fixed. Can be pulled outside to dry, dry or ***-dry, pay attention to the panel is not dry can’t glue, avoid delaminating or not firm.

4. Gluing and compounding the composite panel

Check whether the panels and bottom panels of the composite panel production line are completely dry, and pick out the panels containing moisture. Adjust the glue, adjust the glue and calcium carbonate evenly, and adjust the toner to be basically the same as the color of the panel.
