The Steel of Daily Necessities Mould With Same Surface Roughness
Why is it that the processing speed is very important in the injection moulding of Daily Necessities Mould(FURNITUREMOULD)? It is not only related to the processing cycle of parts, but also determines the economic cost of processing. We often say that EDM machining speed refers to a certain mass and volume of workpiece etched away in the same unit time under a certain pulse parameter condition, which can be expressed by volume machining speed or mass machining speed respectively.
On the daily necessary mould steel with the same surface roughness, the maximum processing speed of relative electric pulse when electrode loss occurs is an important target to measure the electric pulse processing and the technological function of machine tools. In general, the manufacturer gives the maximum processing current and the highest processing speed that can be reached under the optimal processing conditions. Therefore, when we practice machining, due to the ever-changing size and shape of the workpiece to be machined, the machining conditions and chip removal conditions are different from the ideal conditions, even when the machining center is rough machining, the machining speed is often much lower than the maximum machining speed target of the machine tool.
Each injection molding pulse discharge will leave a tiny pit on the surface of the workpiece. The size of the pit and the amount of etched data are approximately proportional to the pulse energy, i.e. the greater the pulse energy, the more heat will be transferred to the workpiece and the more etched data will be. Theoretically speaking, EDM speed is proportional to single pulse energy and discharge frequency. However, in practical machining, the effect of a single pulse is not reflected by itself, but is the result of multiple pulses working together. The pulse power supply continuously delivers energy to the machining gap in pulse condition, and its process is much more complicated. The machining speed is a multiple function related to pulse discharge time, pulse interval, pulse discharge current, pulse waveform, machining target function, electrode data, chip removal conditions, etc.
Processing speed is very important in injection molding of daily necessities mould. Since this is the precondition for plastic products to be sampled. If the customer wants to deliver the samples earlier on the basis of better quality, the processing time and speed are the most important.
