Changing System Parameter Setting of Air Cooler Mould

Air Cooler Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) is generally composed of concave-convex mould and auxiliary moulding system. The performance of plastic can be improved through mould design and system parameter setting, which can be fused into different shapes through different processes such as injection moulding and *** moulding.

The air cooler mould structure is usually composed of two halves, namely upper and lower moulds or left and right moulds, with each half having a mould cavity and a steam chamber. For small-scale production of household appliances, a simple mould which is manually opened and closed can be used and placed in a box-type foaming machine for forming, and the mould itself is not provided with a steam chamber. The injection moulding factory determines the mould cavity according to the geometric shape of the plastic parts, while the steam chamber is selected according to the production batch.

Air cooler mould production belongs to multi-type or small batch type. General steam chamber is generally used. Although its steam consumption is relatively large, the mould structure is simple, which can reduce the production cost of injection moulding factory. For large-scale production of household electrical appliance housings, a box-type steam chamber or a conformal steam chamber is adopted, so that steam and cooling water can be saved.

The air cooler mould itself does not have a steam chamber, and is usually heated in a box-type foaming machine and then cooled outside the box. The mould for the household appliance shell is generally of an open structure. Before loading, the mould cover and the lower mould plate are assembled together, and then the pre-made plastic shell particles are assembled and the cover plate is covered.
